What is a Telehealth Ready visit?
A visit of up to 60 minutes where we prepare your phone, tablet or computer for a video appointment: the app or link, camera, microphone and sound. Then we practice joining a mock appointment together. The price is $110.
Do you join my medical appointment?
No. We provide technology assistance only. We do not provide medical advice or take part in clinical care; your medical conversation stays between you and your provider.
Can a doctor's office refer patients to you?
Yes. Medical offices can give patients our number, (239) 293-6227, so patients arrive at their telehealth visit ready. We are an independent technology service.
