Can I book a visit for my mother or father from out of town?
Yes. Call (239) 293-6227 or email help@solvedify.com. We schedule the visit with you and your parent, and with their permission we can send you a short summary of what was done.
Will you respect my parent's privacy and independence?
Yes. Your parent stays in control of their devices and accounts. We never keep passwords, never make financial transactions and explain changes before making them.
