What devices can you help with?
iPhones, Android phones, iPads and other tablets, Windows computers and Macs, printers, email, photos, video calls, apps, smart TVs, streaming devices and home Wi-Fi.
Do you fix hardware?
Our focus is setup, troubleshooting and teaching. If a device has a hardware failure, we explain the options and help you decide what to do next, including contacting the manufacturer or a repair shop.
How much does in-home help cost?
$110 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. New clients can start with a first visit of up to 90 minutes for $99.
